ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

6. Drive the coverage – Number of Customers, consistently improve Product penetration.

8. Develop and monitor Remote Area Markets, supplies, sales, staff and promotional activities.

9. Actively participate in the strategic planning process, develop time-bound plans/objectives and communicate them to achieve the goals set for the assigned area.

10. Gather competitor information like product, pricing and promotions etc. to keep the pace with the market/competitor activities. Think profit not just sales at any cost.

11. Develop KPIs for ASMs, ensure periodic progress review, ensure performance appraisals for all staff, and recommend rotation / increments as appropriate.

12. Attend management meetings with the Line Manager and contribute to the planning activities with respect to products / Suppliers.

13. Coordinate and communicate with relevant internal/external parties and ensure that all the aspects/arrangements of promotions are made on a timely basis in order to maintain the company image and assure that the promotional objectives are accom
